Does OkTrack track everything I do?

No. OkTrack imports only the work signals you connect. It does not monitor your screen, keyboard, mouse, browser, or private messages. You review the draft before anything is delivered.

How does OkTrack know what I worked on?

OkTrack reads the selected sources for one local date. Meetings contribute exact scheduled blocks. Commits, issues, and document activity provide context, not measured effort. Related signals become a draft work item that you can rewrite or remove.

Where can the update be delivered?

The current app can send a private morning email with a link to the review. Full update content in email, Slack, and Microsoft Teams is the next delivery phase and is labelled planned until those adapters are live.

Will OkTrack change my calendar?

No. Calendar access is read-only. Editing an OkTrack update never changes the source event.

What happens before I connect my accounts?

After creating your account, onboarding walks you through each connection and explains exactly what OkTrack reads. You can skip optional integrations and return to finish setup later.

Can I use OkTrack with my team?

Yes. Create a Team workspace with five contributing members included, invite colleagues, assign roles, and manage billing centrally.
