Terms of service

These terms govern use of OkTrack, provided by OKTRACK.

The service

OkTrack imports user-selected work signals and prepares a draft account of the previous workday. A user can edit and approve that account and ask OkTrack to deliver it through a selected email, Slack, or Microsoft Teams destination. Generated summaries and groupings are suggestions. The user remains responsible for checking an update before approval and for choosing an appropriate recipient or conversation.

Eligibility and authority

A user must be legally capable of entering this agreement and must connect only accounts, repositories, calendars, projects, and work data they are authorized to use. A person acting for an organization confirms they have authority to do so and must follow that organization's employment, confidentiality, security, and provider policies.

Workspaces, members, and administrators

An organization workspace is controlled by its owner. Owners and authorized administrators may invite, suspend, remove, and configure members, set delivery policy, and access approved updates made available to that workspace. Members must use the correct workspace and may process or deliver only data they and the organization are authorized to use. Role changes and material workspace actions may be retained in the audit history.

Account security

Users must provide accurate account information, protect authentication factors, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access. OkTrack may suspend access reasonably necessary to contain abuse, security risk, unlawful use, or material breach of these terms.

Connected services

Services you choose to connect and third parties used to operate OkTrack are independent services governed by their own terms. OkTrack cannot guarantee their availability or prevent changes to their interfaces, permissions, retention, or functionality. Disconnecting a service stops future synchronization and clears active credentials as described in the privacy policy.

Connecting or selecting a delivery destination authorizes OkTrack to send approved content to it under the configured content settings. Users must confirm that the recipient, conversation, and provider account are appropriate. The first release requires explicit approval; later delivery follows the workspace and member settings shown in the product.

Subscriptions, renewal, and cancellation

Current price, billing interval, included seats, additional-seat price, and applicable taxes are shown before checkout. Billing begins immediately after purchase. Monthly and annual subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. A workspace owner or authorized billing administrator may manage or cancel a workspace subscription; cancellation and plan or seat decreases normally take effect at the end of the current paid period. Plan upgrades and seat increases take effect immediately and may be prorated by the payment processor.

A billable user is an active contributing member whose daily-update generation is enabled for the workspace, including a member who prepares an update manually. Owners and administrators do not consume seats solely because of their role, but do consume a seat when generation is enabled for them. Disconnecting a source or destination alone does not release a seat. OkTrack will not allow a downgrade below the active billable-user count.

Charges are non-refundable except where applicable law requires otherwise or OkTrack confirms a duplicate charge or service error. Approved refunds return to the original payment method. Statutory cancellation, withdrawal, refund, and consumer rights remain unaffected.

Acceptable use

Users must not:

  • access another person's workspace or data without authorization;
  • interfere with security, rate limits, or the operation of the service;
  • upload malware or use OkTrack to violate law, provider terms, or third-party rights;
  • scrape, probe, reverse engineer, or overload the service except where law permits;
  • use imported or delivered work data for an unauthorized monitoring purpose.

User data and service rights

Users retain rights in their data. They authorize OkTrack and disclosed providers to process it only as needed to operate, secure, support, and improve reliability of the requested service. This authorization ends when the data is deleted, subject to the minimized records and legal obligations described in the privacy policy. OkTrack software, branding, design, and documentation remain protected by applicable intellectual-property law.

Availability and changes

OkTrack aims to provide a reliable service but does not promise uninterrupted operation. Maintenance, provider outages, legal requirements, and security events may limit functionality. Material changes to the paid service or these terms will be communicated with reasonable notice when required. Continuing after the effective date constitutes acceptance only where permitted by law; otherwise renewed express acceptance will be requested.

Termination and deletion

A user may stop using the service, disconnect authorized providers, or request deletion of their personal account. Workspace billing, update records, and deletion are available only to authorized roles. Ending a membership does not erase historical workspace records that the organization is entitled or required to retain. OkTrack may terminate or suspend for material breach, unlawful use, non-payment, or security necessity, with notice and an opportunity to remedy where reasonably possible and legally required.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be limited, including mandatory consumer rights. Subject to that rule, each party is responsible for foreseeable loss caused by its breach. OkTrack is not responsible for inaccurate user-approved updates, an incorrectly selected delivery destination, unauthorized provider connections, employer decisions, or failures controlled by an independent provider, except to the extent OkTrack caused or was legally responsible for the loss.

Law, venue, and disputes

These terms are governed by the applicable law. Mandatory protections of a consumer's country of residence remain unaffected. The agreed venue is not stated to the extent a venue agreement is legally permitted.

A consumer dispute-resolution statement is not available.
