OkTrack uses browser storage for account security and, with your choice, to understand how the product is used.

Necessary storage

Necessary cookies and similar storage keep you signed in, protect sessions, remember security state, route requests safely, and preserve essential product preferences. These functions are required for the account and dashboard to work and cannot be switched off within OkTrack.

Short-lived OAuth state and proof-key values may also use necessary browser storage while you connect Slack, Microsoft, or another provider. They prevent a connection response from being applied to the wrong session and expire after the connection attempt.

Optional usage measurement

If you allow it, OkTrack measures broad page visits and selected product milestones so we can understand which parts of the service are useful and where people get stuck. We do not use this choice for advertising or cross-site profiling, and we do not include names, email addresses, update text, source details, destination identifiers, workspace identifiers, or connected-service data in these events.

Optional measurement stays off until you consent. Your browser remembers that choice so the banner does not repeatedly interrupt you.

Change your choice

You can withdraw or renew consent at any time. Withdrawing stops future optional measurement and removes the associated first-party measurement cookies where possible.

Your browser can also delete or block stored data. Blocking necessary storage may prevent sign-in or other account features from working. Browser settings and security policies may clear storage earlier than OkTrack expects.
